We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your monitor will be accurate.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include VAT.

  1. SHIPPING

The estimated shipping time is 30 business days, from order payment to product shipment and receipt. Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.

  1. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the product.

5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Refund (only applies to specific cases):
  • Via bank transfer (savings or checking account): This is processed approximately 15 business days after receiving the claim.
  • Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of the exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original. Any price difference will be issued as a coupon for a future purchase in our online store. If the product(s) are unavailable for exchange, the value of the product(s) will be issued as a coupon for a future purchase.
  • Coupon for a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of issue).

5.2 PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be defective or damaged upon receipt of the package. Alternatively, the wrong product may have been sent due to an error.
